No, the window opening needs to be measured from the outside of the building. This is because you could have plasterboard on the inside giving you an inaccurate dimension.

No, we need the height and the width dimensions minus 10mm from the height and 10mm from the width. This is to allow for a fitting tolerance.

When ordering from the website and our most popular profile is the Veka Halo System 10 casement window, which has a squarer chamfered bead. This is what you will receive unless you specifically ask for a different profile. We also supply the Veka Halo Rustique profile, which has a sculptured rounded bead. The other profiles we can supply are Liniar and Rehau. If you require Liniar or Rehau please send us an email and we will get a quote over to you. These other profiles are more expensive so please bear that in mind when asking for a quote.
