Delivery charge is per consignment, NOT per window.
The current lead time is around 10-12 working days from payment. This is an average. Orders that are received before 12 noon will be processed that day. Orders received after 12 noon will be processed the following day.
Yes, someone does need to sign for the delivery otherwise the driver will not leave it.
No, we don’t have tracking for the delivery. The driver plans his own route before setting off. The driver WILL call approximately 1 hour before arriving with your order.
Yes, the driver will need a hand unloading your delivery especially if it is a large item e.g. residential doors, bi fold doors and/or patio doors.
The frames and cill come as individual pieces and the glass will come loose. You will also receive a box containing handles and plastic packers (for fitting).
No, the window opening needs to be measured from the outside of the building. This is because you could have plasterboard on the inside giving you an inaccurate dimension.
No, we need the height and the width dimensions minus 10mm from the height and 10mm from the width. This is to allow for a fitting tolerance.
When ordering from the website and our most popular profile is the Eurocell Chamfered (Straight edge) casement window, which has a straight chamfered bead.
This is what you will receive unless you specifically ask for a different profile. We also supply the Eurocell Ovolo Sculptured profile, which has a sculptured rounded bead.
The other profiles we supply are Veka Halo, Liniar, Profile 22 & Rehau. If you require Veka Halo, Liniar, Profile 22 or Rehau please send us an email and we will get a quote over to you.
These other profiles are more expensive so please bear that in mind when asking for a quote.

Yes, we can. The sizes on the website are the most popular sizes we supply. If you need a window or door 100-200mm bigger or smaller for example it can probably be done depending on the style. If you can’t see the size you require please email us and we will advise you if it can be made.
